ePS Pace vs Tharstern Desktop: Which is a better fit?

It's a far more robust toolset than something like Quickbooks. It seems like a great option for smaller businesses that might be outgrowing simple options.

I think sometimes things are hidden in odd spots in the software. And sometimes there are errors that you are unable to figure out alone.

We are in the process of a complete overhaul on the system. The help that we get from the EFI staff and the EFI communities has been wonderful.

This is where they get you along with their outrageous "maintenance" fees. 5 years into this and i am still in awe of how terrible this system is.

As an SAAS, it gives you the confidence that it has gone through the strictest quality tests and that it will not conk out on you.

When working in Pace Station, the inability to link tables / objects for reporting has been very frustrating.

I enjoy the ease of use and ability to effortlessly contact support.

Oversold and under delivered. Management team stubborn and unreasonable.

One of the best things about the software is the freedom to come up with creative solutions.

The update process where the customer has to find out if there are any new versions available. The lack of a basic Instruction manual/guide book for quick reference.

It will be a long process that will likely never be "finished", but the people at Tharstern are committed to helping us achieve our goals, and have been very responsive in helping us.

A disaster!, we paid them over 10k, and they walked away from us.

It is ok, the guys on support are good, some more knowledgeable than others but they are happy to pass on to those that know. SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is awesome, so patient and your star player.

Often forget different steps as only do it every so often. Pricing large format doesn't give us an accurate price when we are cutting shapes.

Delighted with our decision to go with Tharstern. Brilliant team, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

It is a complex system so there is a learning curve. You can't cancel invoices you can only issue credit notes which can be a pain as mistakes are made sometimes.
