NaVetor vs Cornerstone Software: Which is a better fit?

It is a great system for record keeping!!!! I really love how everyone at NaVetor works with you. The training was great, the implementation was easy, the customer service is awesome.

Too many steps to "check-out" client. If mistakes are made, VERY DIFFICULT to fix, if at all.

It has been a great experience overall and we are happy with the product. We are a new practice so did not have to convert data.

It keeps improving daily so if i am unhappy with something it can be changed.

From the Demo to implementing the program has been AMAZING. We can't believe how easy it was.

Many things are not set up in the fashion that the technitians work. Difficulty with controlled substance set up.

Ease of scheduling, amazing cost, software help, and boarding schedules.

Getting from one patient to the next isn't always easy, requesting lab work has too many steps, inputting times/and dates can be time consuming because of the drop downs.

Customer serves is quite good, we can generally get help quickly. The daily planner with several tabs of tasks helps to decrease chances of task left uncompleted and gives a picture of our day.

The fact that you can’t use enter is highly obnoxious. You would think that this would be a minor factor but really it’s a pain in the ass that detracts from the whole program.

Seemless integration with all our diagnostic and Lab equipment. Superb job in helping us manage our clients care, before, during and after their visits.

The lack of wellness plan offerings. We had to write it in ourselves which lead to many missed charges and extra discounts given since it wasn't automatic.

Customer service is amazing. If you are having issues doing something they help you right away and are always friendly.

The poor compatibility with Idexx Digital Radiography is one of the most frustrating things I've ever had to deal with in practice.

Secure, Reliable, Excellent Support, Customizable, once you understand what you can do, there is SO much you can do you practically forget and the rediscover and go back and do more.

The physical exam form/function has been abandoned by Cornerstone. There simply is no physical exam form/function in the "practice management" software.
