Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense) vs Neontra: Which is a better fit?

Super easy to use, outstanding customer service, not expensive at all, extremely customizable, makes life easier for our sales reps. They have been so helpful throughout the implementation process.

There was fraud on the associated credit card, so it declined. Certify took it upon themselves to change billing to the 1st, thereby double-charging for the 1st-18th of the month changed.

There were a few times where it seemed as thought the system "froze" and I lost all of my information and I had to retake and load pics of the receipts.

The document archive location vs the individual expense reports is confusing. Unsure where receipts need to be submitted.

I love how simple this software is. I use it both on my phone and on a PC, the sync is simple and the expense reports are super easy to submit.

You need to upload receipts one by one, but they don't filter into the same report. It's very manual and I dread creating expense reports at the end of any trip because it just takes me forever.

I had a good experience and I am happy I got it, I am not a financial person but I was interested in learning more about finance.

The only complaint that I have is the unintuitive and confusing UI, which soured the experience slightly through minor annoyances.

What I like most about Neontra is its ease of use. Everything is simplified and the app's design is super convenient for Gen Z users, reminiscent of Instagram or TikTok but for financial aesthetics.

The syncing with the financial institution is also frustrating but I understand that is because Canada doesn't have open banking.

I liked the organization of the app as well as how easy it was to integrate with other products and its a super convenient method of money managements.

The interactive charts are somewhat confusing. As someone familiar with math and statistics, I can understand the graphs and diagrams to some extent.

However, I believe that the average user may struggle to comprehend them, making the interface less inclusive in that regard.
