Customers who want to extend the capabilities of their current ERP or accounting system to include mobile and user-friendly expense management solution.
It was very user friendly and easy to get started. I especially liked the variety of visual formats, as I like lists and my partner likes Gantt charts.
Some features are still missing- in exporting and working on projects offline.
I was so happy with the customer service and the wonderful product that I signed up immediately for the webinar that took place the following day.
I slightly dislike the fact that Avaza lacks offline access capabilities to synchronize data while offline.
The user interface is appealing to work with and it is pretty easy to navigate. The support team was very helpful in answering questions and helping me learn how to make the most of the software.
Offset days" for recurring projects is a bit confusing, and I wish that there was a way to remove collaborators we are no longer working with.
Tons of great reports, and you can pre-configure them for your eficiency. Great price for what all I get out of it.
I wanted to use on a recent flight, but without purchasing wifi, I was unable to. I don't like giving airlines any more $ for wifi.
Very easy to use, nice reports, e-mail notification is help full, nice that you can take pictures of the receipts.
The only issues are really on my team's side. The way they structure the "memo" section can be confusing and it is difficult to tell what the expense was for.
Nexonia helps me not to waste more time than necessary on logging expenses. The ability to do it on my phone has been a godsend.
And I still find it confusing to switch between the different cards on my account.
It is easy to use, allows for greater visibility by managers and speeds up the reimbursement time-frame. Overall, we are absolutely thrilled with our selection of Nexonia as our expense report vendor.
None at this moment, I believe the only drawback is the limited functions that our company was purchased or used.
Very good I like receipt integration and the program works very well. I like that is available on both the computer and phone.
This means that we have to pay close attention to verify the feed against the card statement. I also don't like the way you have to link receipts to expenses.
Taryn F.: Hi, my name is Taryn. I'm a coach. I give Avaza a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. I moved over from using Harvest as a time tracker for entrepreneurs, and it was great because it had an extension, but what it didn't allow me to do was have multiple projects that I could time track for, without upgrading from the free option. So, I was looking for an option that would allow me to have four or more projects, from different companies that I could time track for as a free option. I did look at Hurdler as well, and it had limited features compared to Avaza. I ended up choosing Avaza because of mostly the time tracking feature was the most important and my number one priority, but I was also looking for a place where I could house my tasks and my expenses, where those would be tied back to individual projects. So, I currently have five projects, and all of those needed specialized invoicing, as well as I needed to have a way of tracking very particular names in different ways for each of the companies. Avaza allowed me to do that, and then also customize what each of those invoices looked like, since they were coming from different pieces of my own company. So, those were the main reasons that I ended up choosing Avaza over any other platform. Avaza's platform is highly intuitive, it's really easy to find your way around, which was great. I didn't need feature overload. There were a couple of nitpicky settings that I needed, because of the high customization of each of the invoicing, but I was able to find some videos on their website, where I was able to easily figure out the pieces that I needed, and adjust quickly. One thing that I would say about Avaza is that they don't have the Chrome extension. So, if you are looking for a platform that has the extension for you to be able to time track with, Avaza lives in its own tab. So, that was one thing that I did spend a lot of time looking to see if they had that feature, and they just do not. If you were considering using Avaza as a time tracking tool, to organize your tasks and invoice, it's a great all in one tool. But know that it's that. It does not go in depth with invoicing, not in depth with time tracking or with tasks. But if you don't need all the extra bells and whistles, Avaza is a great all-in-one tool. If you are nitpicky and need those features, then that's okay, but you might want to look elsewhere and have a different platform in mind. But my recommendation is that if you're a freelancer that has lots of projects going on at one time, and you need to get different companies all specialized or customized different types of invoicing and tracking features, then Avaza can do that just for you.
Erin: Hi, I'm Erin. I work for a small nonprofit as a program coordinator and I give Nexonia Expense Reports a four out of five. We use Nexonia for travel reports and expense reports almost on a monthly basis. Having Nexonia and their app makes it really easy for me to upload all my receipts and all my expenses, submit it to accounting and never have to talk to anyone about all the details. With the Nexonia Expense app, I get to upload all of my receipts offline, so I can do it while I'm at the airport, on the road, and then whenever I hook up to the internet, it will upload automatically. It makes things really simple. I can select all of our accounting codes ahead of time, which saves work on the accounting team's end. And I always know that my expenses are going to exactly where they need to go. Nexonia is great for large reports, as long as you set everything correctly on the very first item. When you duplicate, things get really easy, really quickly, as long as you have that first one right. But if you have it wrong, you actually have to go back and edit every duplicate individually. There's no ability to batch edit your expenses.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
