Pros

• So far my experience has been positive. It is nice to see the recognition and have my staff encourage and praise each other.

• It is nice to see what the other users look like and what they do and what their interests are.

• The company can choose values that match up with the compliment and then the platform provides an awesome way to reward that individual with money pre-loaded as desired by the company.

• This is a great way to share your appreciation for the people you work with in a way that they can really use money. The interface to give someone appreciation is very easy to use.

Cons

• Fraudulent charges are becoming more common, and from an admin side, accounting reconciliation is now showing discrepancies that did not exist prior to the introduction of the card.

• I do believe there have been instances where private messages have been give public status. Could have been user error.

• The obstacle that I have run into is the limited characters when documenting priorities and goals. Neither I nor my staff can outline goals and objectives in a one sentence format.

• Uploading videos are difficult, there is no shortcut to previous posts etc.
