Modulation
Modulation is a term used in electronics and telecommunications to describe the application of data to radio waves. This process happens when someone applies an input signal to a carrier wave, which changes the characteristics of that signal. These characteristics might include frequency, amplitude, or phase. Modulation can also happen by converting a digital signal into an analog format.
What Small and Midsize Businesses Need to Know About Modulation
An SMB can use modulation to improve the quality of communication systems. Modulation can increase communication range, improve reception, and allow for adjustments in bandwidth.
