It has been great from implementation on. The team at Field Day is very invested in what they do, and always there to help and keep you on track with your volunteer initiatives. They're also always making improvements to the system.

Pros

Field Day is a fantastic way to coordinate volunteer events for your company. They do all the vetting and sourcing of non profits, and you can filter your search based on type of non profit, days of the week, etc. Employees can sign up through the portal, get information about the event (time, date, location, what to bring) and easy updates on the event and reminders. It also has the functionality to let others within your company create volunteer events, for example a manager wanting to do an event with their team.

Cons

I can't really think of anything... We've been with them since Beta and they just keep improving the product with intuitive optimizations that make it even better!

Pros

It could be utilized as a one-stop-shop for new group volunteer sign ups - They could see what was available from a menu of options and schedule directly. Their team is also highly attentive and responsive when a question came up.

Cons

Because we utilize our own database and scheduling software, Field Day is an additional place to remember to monitor and update, among many other platforms that exist. However, we would receive a notification any time a new inquiry came through and compared to similar platforms, it was the easiest to navigate.
