They're fast to respond when I have questions and they are efficient about it. I really like all the different options given to manipulate the rows and columns in the datasheet. Furthermore, they have this option called Data Cleanup which really helped me clean up data with a click of a few buttons. Cons Because I am still a new user, I am still confused from time to time about where some of the functions are located. It allowed me to analyze data for a new product line which had tens of millions of possible configurations. This was impossible in Excel! Even with all this data, the product ran very smoothly. Pros Gigasheet was extremely easy to start using. There is very little setup time required. When I first started using Gigasheet last year, the feature set was a little too limited for what I needed, but they have added tons of features since then! The customer support is also fantastic; I was always connected to a real person in very little time, and they were always able to help in a friendly and efficient manner! Cons As I said above, the lack of advanced formulas for manipulating data was limited when I started, but they have added tons more useful features since then.
