Pros The integration and setup is quick and simple. I like how you can send multiple messages. We send a message immediately after the meeting is booked to introduce ourselves, another meeting the day before either reminding them to confirm the appointment if they haven't already or letting them know about the details for the meeting, and then 1:15 minutes before the meeting. Cons You have to be using HubSpot's number formatting feature which is turned on by default. It would be nice if Aardvark could also send email reminders since HubSpot cannot personalize those. Reasons for choosing Aardvark Better price and more powerful trigger and personalization options.
