Uso Inone da 1 anno per la gestione del mio studio professionale di architettura di interni, dove la struttura è flessibile e gli incarichi sono numerosi e di taglio medio piccolo, come per molti altre realtà del mio settore. Servirmi di Inone mi ha permesso di fare un salto di qualità nella pianificazione e tracciabilità delle attività svolte da me e dai miei collaboratori. Il lavoro è diventato più ordinato, e ho riscontrato un importante vantaggio economico nella redazione di preventivi e rendicontazioni più esatti in poco tempo.In confronto ad altri gestionali che avevo provato in precedenza, ho scelto di proseguire con Inone per la flessibilità nell’esportazione in excel di tutti i dati, l'uso semplice ed intuitivo, e l'attenzione nell'assistenza al cliente.

La facilità nell’esperienza di utilizzo e la sua versatilità a livello funzionale, lo rendono il gestionale ideale per le piccole e medie imprese.Inoltre con l’assistenza costante da parte del servizio clienti non si sono mai presentati impedimenti nell’utilizzo del gestionale.

InOne è un software in grande evoluzione che permette una grande possibilità di configurazioni semplici ed avanzate per la gestione di qualunque iniziativa e progetto con qualunque gruppo di persone.Il team di sviluppo è aperto ai feedback ed aiuta nel comprendere la piattaforma.

Come dicevo la piattaforma è in grande sviluppo ed alcune cose possono non essere complete. Anche se devo dire che il team di sviluppo è molto celere nell'ascoltare e sviluppare nuove features.

In particolare, è stato velocizzato e, col tempo, ottimizzato il processo di pianificazione delle risorse, con conseguente risparmio di tempo da parte di tutte le persone coinvolte.Anche la gestione del timesheet è più snella e i dipendenti sono più puntuali nella sua compilazione

E' facile da utilizzare, personalizzabile a diversi livelli e ti consente di fare tutto in maniera snella e veloce.La piattaforma è in evoluzione e viene aggiornata nel tempo con nuove funzionalità e/o nuovi moduli.Il fornitore del prodotto ha una buona capacità di ascolto e propone le giuste soluzioni per specifiche necessità,
