We can offer our clients custom content solutions, and maintain high-quality standards. The CMS is so flexible that we quickly integrated it into our existing processes. Especially our developers are very happy with caisy. Pros As the owner of a small agency, caisy’s agency partnership offer caught my interest. The advantages of the program and the general features and capabilities of caisy convinced us. I like the feeling of being partners and growing together. Whenever we have a problem ourselves or with one of our clients, we can ask the ciasy team for help. Also, I love the project overview and management options that let us handle all of our projects with a clear structure. Cons If you’re not used to working with Headless CMSs, Caisy can be a bit overwhelming at first. Sometimes it’s hard to explain to clients why they should now invest into a Headless CMS instead of just using plain Wordpress. I appreciate the user-centric and efficient design, caisy is a lot more intuitive than other Headless CMSs I’ve tried before. And their team is constantly working on new features and improvements. Pros As I usually work on multiple client projects, I decided to give caisy a try and the multi tenancy solution did not disappoint. It’s easy to organize and structure my work into different organizations. I like that I can copy parts of older projects and reuse them in any other project, this has been saving me lots of time. Also, I enjoy working with the intuitive interface. It’s easy to manage content without deep technical skills. Cons Some pre-designed themes and templates would be great though I get that this is not the purpose of a Headless CMS. Review Source SK Simon K. To us it was and is important to have a system we can trust to support future growth. Thanks to Caisy's scalability, we can easily expand and offer more courses and materials without having to worry about platform performance. Pros As a co-founder of a digital learning platform, finding a CMS that was both flexible and user-friendly was crucial, and caisy impressed us. Even without deep technical expertise, I can easily manage and update content. The straightforward asset management system allows for smooth uploading, saving, and integration of graphics and videos. I also appreciate the quick search functionality and overall speed of the platform. Cons The asset management system could be improved by allowing content to be organized into folders. While it’s usually easy to find assets, I would still like to have the ability to further organize graphics in a logical way. It’s a tool that’s really developer-friendly. The focus on the general user experience and the developer experience is obvious. Conclusion: My daily work has significantly improved with Caisy, and as a team, we have become faster and more dynamic. Pros I have come to know Caisy as an exceptionally adaptable Headless CMS. The platform impresses with its speed, flexibility (especially important for me as a developer), and the commitment of the Caisy team. In Caisy, everything is accessible via GraphQL, allowing us to retrieve exactly the right data for every use case. I particularly appreciate that the Caisy team truly adheres to open standards and doesn't try to impose anything on developers. With multi-tenancy, we can centrally manage all these projects and accommodate every budget. Additionally, it's easy to take blueprints and GraphQL queries from one project to another – even when a client uses a different tech stack. We have successfully built several website projects and a complete e-learning platform on Caisy, and we can recommend it to all GraphQL fans. Cons When we started with Caisy, autosave was already available, but you couldn't see when someone from the team was working on the same document. Now that this feature is available, I'm super happy. However, in my opinion, a marketplace is still missing. I would like to see a platform where everyone can share their own plugins, themes, etc. This way, developers could share their resources. I can update and adjust my website quickly any time. Our SEO rankings have improved, and we no longer have to worry about whether our CMS will stay up-to-date in the future. We rely on caisy’s flexibility. Pros The ability to fetch content via an API and push it to any frontend offers a great deal of flexibility. I'm particularly impressed by the speed improvements in site loading times since switching to Caisy; my homepage loads much faster now. Being able to see changes in real time significantly eases my daily work, it’s making content updates fun. Cons While Caisy has many strengths, there's always room for improvement. Specifically, the integration of third-party tools and extensions for specialized customizations could be optimized. And on top of everything caisy offers many useful features and thoughtful details that contribute to a great user experience. It's become my CMS of choice. Pros I appreciate that Caisy allows me to integrate my technologies of choice into any project. Using my current favorite frameworks, I can build custom solutions and components that editors can then manage themselves. Compared to other providers, Caisy offers an exceptional value for the price, which is crucial for freelancers and small agencies. Checking the pricing of big providers is devastating, but caisy emerged as a top alternative, also in user-friendliness. Cons For non-technical users, it's challenging to make certain adjustments without developers. However, if you choose a headless CMS, you'll need developers — this should be understood. In the past, we used multiple CMS, which was difficult at times. Now, we can manage everything through Caisy, even store and edit our images in the CMS and leave each other comments. Overall, Caisy has helped us optimize our content processes and make them more efficient. We can react faster to market changes and continuously expand our online presence. Pros Caisy’s headless technology allows us to create content once and distribute it across multiple channels. This strengthens our online presence and saves us lots of time. What I appreciate most is that all team members can create and edit content, even without programming skills. The clear interface and structure make it easy to keep track of everything, even when many people are working on content simultaneously. CMSs we previously used were more complicated and slower. Cons While caisy offers good documentation, I would love to see some video tutorials added to their resources. For me and my team, videos can sometimes be more helpful in understanding certain concepts or features. Pros From the very beginning, caisy's intuitive user interface won me over. As an agency, we particularly appreciate the ability to quickly publish content across various channels. The collaboration features, such as real-time collaboration and comment functions, significantly facilitate teamwork. This has led to us working more efficiently on projects as long feedback loops are no longer necessary. Another important aspect to me is the reliability of the caisy team. Cons Although Caisy is easy to use for a headless CMS, the onboarding process for new team members can still be time-consuming, especially for those without a technical background.
