It's been fantastic! Our first project testing the tool was for a large website rebuild. The non-technical client picked it up right away. They were able to provide simple to complex comments easily. I've been testing many of the popular feedback tools recently, and Feedbucket offers very good features and service at a fair price. My team is very happy with it, and our customers find it easy to use. We've found our feedback tool.

Pros

It has a user-friendly interface for our customers to provide feedback or comments on their new websites in the final stages of development. Each comment logs a screenshot and their note.

Cons

In our dashboard where we could see the full list of comments for a project, there was no easy way to refer to an individual comment offline. I contacted support via chat, and 1 day later, they had added the comment ID to each comment, thus solving my only con.

MarkUp was just too expensive for our needs. We tried RUTTL but had problems with some of the features, or more accurately lack of features.

Atarim > they aggressively added features and changes. This made the service buggy at times. My customers found it easy to use originally, but as it changed, it became difficult to use for our non-technical users. RUTTL > There is no place to view all the comments for a project. You have to go to each page of the website project to view comments for that page.

I’ve used plenty of feedback tools over the years, including SureFeedback (Project Huddle), Marker.io and others. Most of them either got bloated or stopped improving. Feedbucket, on the other hand, just works - clean, fast, and simple. It’s genuinely one of the easiest tools I’ve integrated. Works perfectly across WordPress, Shopify and even our Vue.js site, and connects seamlessly with ClickUp. No setup headaches, no bugs, no fluff - just a solid, reliable tool. Best part? Clients actually use it. Feedback comes in clearly, projects move faster, and our whole process runs smoother. I signed up for the yearly plan (which I rarely ever do), that says it all.

Pros

Honestly super easy to use, no clutter or complexity. Integrates perfectly with WordPress, Shopify, and Vue.js. Works flawlessly with ClickUp. The interface is super clean & fast which is what we wanted.

Cons

Honestly, nothing at the moment. (If I had to nitpick, maybe that clients actually use it… so now we get more feedback to action!!)

Overall, feedbucket works really well and we did not run into any bug. Customer support is next level here!

Pros

This makes communication about feedback on a website or web-app super easy. Directly implemented on the website as a widget with a lot of useful feedback options (foto, video, highlighting).

Cons

You need to add and later remove a script to your website. In comparison to other tools that display websites inside another application, this takes more time.

Overall experience has been fantastic, both in terms of the product itself and in terms of the customer support.

Pros

This product has made collecting our clients' website feedback significantly easier! The integration with our Project Management software is a game changer as well. We no longer have to move from one platform to another to manage change requests. Additionally, the customer service is next level. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to help guide you towards the best subscription for your needs.

Cons

I would like a bit more flexibility in defining what constitutes a resolved task from our PM system, but this is not a show stopper.

Very pleasant, they've been very response to our questions and the onboarding was a breeze compared to competitors.

Pros

We’ve tried many different feedback tools, but Feedbucket really stands out. The user interface is clean and intuitive, the pricing is straightforward, and it’s packed with all the features we need. The biggest win for us is that it doesn’t require a browser extension. That makes it incredibly easy for our customers to use, they can submit feedback instantly, and Feedbucket captures all the right information (screenshots, console errors, browser data, etc.) automatically. It just works, reliably and beautifully, makes feedback collection a breeze and integrates with our existing tools (e.g. Asana).

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything, we’d love to an api so we can automatically register sites in our pipeline, but that’s a minor detail compared to how well everything else works.

Using FeedBucket is easy to use for both my clients and myself. Set up is incredibly easy, and the WordPress integration allows me to specify its availability for logged in users -- this allows me to use it on live websites, where the public won't see the FeedBucket tools, but clients can simply login and start leaving feedback.

Pros

My primary goal is to make it easy for my clients to submit feedback on the websites I build for them. By making it easy for them, I'm rewarded with happy clients that actually enjoy providing feedback. The UI is also very easy for me to use and I love the various integrations, e.g. Slack and Asana, which improves my workflow so I can get more work done in less time.

Cons

Seriously, I cannot think of any deal-breaking problems with FeedBucket. It has been an amazing tool and my only regret is that I didn't find it sooner.

I've tried all of these alternatives and others, but all of them were missing a crucial piece or they had bugs that were deal breakers for me. When I discovered FeedBucket, I signed up for the free trial and I just couldn't seem to break it or find any problems -- everything just works, and it works well!

Pros

Feedbucket allows for our customers to seamlessly give us feedback for their websites. This is such a high quality and polished tool. It helps us elevate the value of our product for the end user.

Cons

Initially, we had some features from Marker.io that weren't present in FeedBucket (namely a specific feature regarding Asana Integrations). I spoke with \[sensitive content hidden\] regarding the justification for inclusion and he identified a timeframe for the addition of these features and the team have absolutely surpassed our expectations! Thanks so much!

Reason for choosing Feedbucket

Ruttl offered very detailed feedback tools but it was almost too technical. It would allow for customers to give pixel-perfect feedback which sometimes would not be feasible to carry out based on their purchased package. Not only this, but it was also a consideration that this high level of complexity could be a massive switch-off for the customer who is already paying for someone else to build their website. If they had to learn to use the software, this could have been a red flag. Thankfully with FeedBucket, the widget is intuitive and the onboarding is very helpful in getting the customer to leave feedback right away!

Marker.io changed their policies mid-contract which forced us to either pay an increase of over 700%. Needless to say, we felt a little conned so we looked at alternatives like FeedBucket & Ruttl and the conversation with \[sensitive content hidden\] where we were able to transparently lay out our requirements and needs for FeedBucket absolutely sealed the deal. he was supportive and understood our requirements completely. He was transparent with the capacity and functionality of the product and we both fully understood one another. This meant I had no regrets in moving from Marker.io to Feedbucket.

This platform has bidirectional integration: It syncs with popular project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, and Slack, which has been very helpful. My overall experience has been excellent.

Pros

One of the features I loved about this platform is that I can communicate with customers directly, without needing to log in to Feedbucket.

Cons

I was having some problems, so I contacted technical support via email. They responded very quickly and provided a solution to my problem. I recommend this platform.

Pros

The deep integration with project management tools and the fact that clients don't need to install anything. It allows us to manage all feedback in one place where our team already works, preventing "notification overload" in other platforms like Notion.

Cons

Early on, some key settings (like query-string triggers) felt a bit buried and could accidentally be overwritten by browser autocompletes, but the team has already addressed this by hardening those settings and improving the dashboard visibility.

Il y a beaucoup d'outils de feedback sur le marché mais Feedbucket coche toutes les cases ! Ce que j'apprécie le plus : la possibilité depuis le widget de feedback de voir les autres bugs remontés par les utilisateurs et les commentaires sur les tickets. Ca change vraiment la donne et je ne l'ai vu que sur des outils beaucoup plus chers !

The price compared to it's competitors, the first party Clickup connector, the fact that it can be triggered only on query strings, has attachments, screenshots and video recording.

Our primary goal is to collect personal user feedback when they observe any anomaly in our dashboard, and Feedbucket features are right at the point. The Feedbucket interface for collecting feedback using screenshots and leaving a note on top of that is incredibly remarkable. Setup and onboarding were incredibly easy, and we went LIVE with Feedbucket in minutes.

For a while, I struggled with buggy tools. When I found Feedbucket, I was immediately impressed with the ease of use and reliability of the third-party integrations.

Pros

Feedbucket is very easy to set up. What I find most impressive with it is how quickly it sends tasks over to Asana and how reliable it is in that functionality.

Cons

The only thing I could see as an improvement is some ability to embed a project task list in my own client portal on my agency website so my clients could see the open tasks in their client portal.

I saw someone comment that they had tested several options and Feedbucket was the simplest to get started with. I decided to try it out on a client project and the decision was quickly made to permanently switch.

ProjectHuddle consistently presented bugs in our system. I think it was because the tool was built to be self-hosted, which opens up too many possibilities for code conflicts, cache issues, etc. I had a lifetime deal with ProjectHuddle, so the ongoing cost was zero, except for the time and reputation cost associated with a buggy client experience. Feedbucket solved that for us.

I am a huge fan of the tool and technical support. It provides a seamless workflow and saves me so much time and effort deciphering feedback from clients--totally eliminates the need for a shared Google doc or email threads with screenshots!

Pros

Feedbucket is super easy to set up and integrate with existing systems for issue tracking and client feedback (I mostly use Notion). It's easy for clients to use on their own without creating an account, even the technologically challenged folks. It gave me everything I needed for designing & developing custom WordPress sites for clients with multiple stakeholders and collaborators. In one single comment you can make a detailed marked up of a screenshot, write comments, attach files, see browser/device information, and lots more.

Cons

The only time I ran into an issue Feedbucket support really came through in attentive troubleshooting. They were able to identify the problem (on my end not theirs) and helped me solve it before my client noticed.

Reason for choosing Feedbucket

I looked at a lot of similar products, but I chose Feedbucket because it seemed to be the most seamless option and easiest for clients and non-technical collaborators.

So far I can not fault this in any ways. Great value for money and will save countless hours management customer feedback on projects

Pros

As a company it is incredibly easy to implement on multiple sites and integrate into 3rd party software. You can have a site on Feedbuck and integrated in a matter of minutes. From a user point of view it is simple and intuitive to use and not convoluted.

Cons

A few very minor things based around comment styling (use of colours etc) but I know this is being looked at for future development.

Our overall experience has been excellent, we dont have any complaints and Feedbucket has helped us free up so much time during our website development revisions.

Pros

Feedbucket is super user friendly for us and our clients. The integration between Asana means that we almost never have to open feedbucket itself but can manage feedback all from within Asana

Cons

Feedback tools could have the ability to use different colors and line thicknesses. Comments left on feedback should be allowed to include attachments Asana to Feedbucket should be able to bring over Asana comment images and assets It would be very nice if there was a customer facing Feedbucket portal

We've probably purchased, used or tested the majority of tools on the market for getting website feedback and Feedbucket has to be the best!It's super simple to set up and gathering text feedback, image uploads, or video is a breeze. There's no need for browser extensions (that confuse your clients). It has superb two way integration with a whole suite of tools (which most other tools don't have).If you're looking for a way to get client feedback on a DEV or LIVE site straight into your task tool - this is it.Clients can even see the feedback they submitted, and when it's resolved right on their website. Great work guys!

Pros

The simplicity of setting it up and configuring for each client site.The ease of use for the clients to submit feedback.

Cons

The only con I did have has just been released as a feature - way to go!

So far no problems and everything we expected was met or implemented.

Pros

The simplicity with which we can now carry out the testing phase of new websites. We save time and at the same time have in the direction of the customer a professional software that enhances our services.

Cons

Since the software is new, not all possible features or integrations are available yet, but since the customer service is very dedicated, that will surely come. Therefore, we have no negative opinions. Only the fact that the branding of the box is only possible in the most expensive tariff, we do not like so well.
