It's so clean and simple I'm amazed we haven't been doing this forever. Pros Letsmeet is by far the simplest way to coordinate across disparate calendars. I love the ability to send my full availability and have each attendee narrow the options down from there, so each new person only sees what is still viable for all the prior attendees. Cons I love how it shows me the collective availability of everyone on my same google mail account, but I wish it (1) connected to all of my calendars, and (2) showed me which of my meetings were blocking which times. Cons What I liked least was that scheduling was confusing because at first the calendar showed all of my personal calendar events and wouldn't let me schedule meeting times during those times even though I wanted to. it took me a long time to figure out how to fix it. Also, all the emails to my coworkers to schedule their times went to their spam folders so they didn't see the emails and we didn't wind up using letsmeet at all in the end. Pros Its often tasking to manage and prioritize the various meeting at work but with this software i have been able to do that efficiently which has allow me to perform my role. I can also keep on track on the time and date of schedule of any meeting easily which has been really helpful to me. It is easy to set up and its interface is simple to navigate. Its customer service has been really outstanding. Cons I think more features will help improve the software but its been a perfect for me so nothing bad to report about it.
