Otherwise, I'd have to switch tabs constantly. It's also easy to send the link to colleagues to choose their available time. The interface is intuitive and nice-looking. Really well-designed product. Cons Nothing. It's honestly really well-designed. I'm skeptical that I get all of this for free. It's so clean and simple I'm amazed we haven't been doing this forever. Pros Letsmeet is by far the simplest way to coordinate across disparate calendars. I love the ability to send my full availability and have each attendee narrow the options down from there, so each new person only sees what is still viable for all the prior attendees. Cons I love how it shows me the collective availability of everyone on my same google mail account, but I wish it (1) connected to all of my calendars, and (2) showed me which of my meetings were blocking which times. Cons What I liked least was that scheduling was confusing because at first the calendar showed all of my personal calendar events and wouldn't let me schedule meeting times during those times even though I wanted to. it took me a long time to figure out how to fix it. Also, all the emails to my coworkers to schedule their times went to their spam folders so they didn't see the emails and we didn't wind up using letsmeet at all in the end. Review Source DR David R.
