I like that it is supposed to integrate with the meeting platforms, even if that feature did not work for me. Cons I needed to schedule a meeting on a particular day, which meant using a custom date. I also could not get any of the integrations to work when I tried it. Finally, it picked a date for me based on users responding. But, in this case, not all meeting participants should have been weighed equally. We invited about 6 people, but there were 3 people in particular that needed to be at the meeting and others that didn't. So, when it picked a time that worked for "the most" people, it left someone out who was critical to the meeting. I ended up just having to manually schedule a meeting anyway. Cons Currently only 5 meetings can be scheduled per month in Essential. This number can be improved.
