Excellent with amazing professional services support. Extremely reliable and met every single business case that we came up with.

Pros

Simple, intuitive approach to Smart Flows, and template creation and management in MS Word. Only a basic understanding of logic and conditions is required to get started. This might be one of the best MS Word plug-in options around. Professional services support is amazing.

Cons

I did not like that my multiple requests for enhanced features for Adobe Sign were ignored, even if I requested to pay for the development effort. I believe the solution is missing a document preview option to help reduce the overall smart flow execution time, if you decide the preview is bad. We ended up being on a legacy version, so I don't really have any other cons to mention. There isn't much to criticize anyway.

Its strengths really show when working with complex, data-driven templates and multi-step workflows, where the combination of Word-based design and visual flow automation helps reduce manual effort, errors, and turnaround time. The experience is especially positive in environments already invested in tools like Dynamics 365 or other CRMs, because the tight integrations make it easy to generate accurate documents from live business data.

Pros

The Document Automation rocks for Word-based templates, no-code Smart Flows, and tight CRM integrations like Dynamics 365. It slashes errors, speeds up docs from draft to signed, and keeps branding consistent. Super user-friendly too.

Cons

Steep learning curve for advanced flows, occasional complexity in setup, and reliance on solid template/governance practices to avoid maintenance headaches.

We have been using Experlogix smartflows for a few years now with Dynamics 365. Saves us a lot of time, money. Ease of use, managing documents with versioning.

Pros

Document editing, document formatting, ease of use Great customer support. The ability to manager SmartFlows with PowerApps, schedule jobs, ect. gives full power on document automation.

Cons

Error message not really comprehensive. Each time an error message occurs, we have to ask the customer support for help with increase developping and deploying time.

From the initial installation through to full implementation, the entire experience has been very good.

Pros

Experlogix integrated seamlessly with our CRM system, delivering exceptional CPQ and document management capabilities. Our sales team now enjoys an intuitive user experience when configuring our extensive product range and generating professional quotations.

Overall very pleased the implementation and support we received. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to automate some of their investment proposal processes.

Pros

The ease of use with SmartFlows within D365 is perfect for our business. It just works. \[sensitive content hidden\] was super helpful assisting with our Docusign connector and setup, saves our Sales folks so much time now that we have an automated digital signature process. He was able to consolidate 5 of our quote versions into 1 composition document, making the output choices so much easier for our team.

Cons

Documentation could be a bit deeper on advanced topics to allow admins the ability to extend passed some of the more basic functions.

Our experience has been incredible. Experlogix Smart Flows has saved our Legal team hours of work, improved efficiency and reduced our time in deal coming in to when we close with our client. Instead of wasting time redrafting our legal forms, we are spending more time closing deals.

Pros

Experlogix has helped our team avoid waste of time, and has greatly increased our efficiency drafting documents for our clients. The form creation and document management in experlogix is a smooth and easy tool for our entire team.

Cons

Our only qualms with Experlogix up to this point was the initial drafting of all of our documents. Anytime we have to change a form, it is time consuming to go into the template in Word and make those changes.

This tool is pretty awesome and solves a lot of pain points with template management. Without Smartflows, we'd have to resort to using templates stored in Sharepoint, which is not a good idea. Customer support is also very prompt.

Pros

Experlogix has a tight integration path with Microsoft Dynamics, which is the platform of choice for the State of NC's Dept of Environmental Quality. We are using Experlogix for templates that are used in Dynamics for automated emails.

Cons

There is currently no plugin for MS Word on Macintosh OS, so you can only edit smartflow templates in Windows.

From top to bottom the experience has been very long, the configuration made it hard but in the end the result has been more than acceptable.

Pros

The system works well once it is configured and is pretty stable. The user interface can be set in different ways to make it easy even for a low-skilled user.

Cons

Configuring the system is pretty hard; I found it tricky to set the configurations and not linear when looking for options that would generate the end-user interface.

I just see the benefits of this software. It saves time for us to have it. The only problem is that we have a constant need of change with the document based on needs of our customers, internal users and change of the template which is a difficult problem on how to maintain our budget.

XpertDoc is an integral part of our day to day operations at ABC Financial Services. We use XpertDoc for contract generation, e-signature collection, document routing, and variety of other uses internally and externally. Support has been fantastic and working with XpertDoc is painless. I have recommended, and would further recommend, XpertDoc to other companies in search of a solution for document generation and management.

Love what Xpertdoc did with this. Has made my life easier on so many different fronts. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to make their lives easier! Also found the Xpertdoc employees themselves to be really easy to work with as well.
