Pros

It’s very easy to use, user friendly and efficient. I’m usually intimidated about software, but the process was seamless. Whether you’re inexperienced or advanced, you’ll be able to use it with ease.

No cons about the software. I found it helpful.

### "Happily onboarding!"

Pros

We are just onboarding, but impressed with the customer service support we are getting so far and the many tutorial options we are exploring. We look forward to the ways we will be able to integrate this software with our college information literacy sessions and research guidance to our academic community.

Cons

So far, I have not found anything I do not like about the software. I am so pleased to be onboarding with my institution.

### "Easy way to teach patrons "

I liked working with Niche Academy— just not sure we have the bandwidth to promote this product.

Pros

I like that the widgets were easy to add to our website.

Cons

The videos are very short and I’m not convinced patrons who really need help with these topics will actually make the effort to watch the tutorials. However, staff can use them to guide patrons.
