Ci aiuta a gestire le informazioni e i processi in modo snello. Interfacce intuitive con un buon design con funzionalità potenti. Mi piace la scheda progetto, le varie dashboard e report sono completi. La WBS di progetto e il gantt di progetto sono ottimi. Cons Non vedo particolari aspetti negativi, forse manca la possibilità di crearsi all'interno del software dei report personalizzati da zero (è possibile farlo con i filtri) e bisogna passare dai dati esportati. Disponibile il training che consiglio per partire con il piede giusto. Pros T-PPM ha interfacce complete e semplici da utilizzare. Apprezzo la completezza delle informazioni della scheda progetto, dove trovo tutte le informazioni e gli strumenti per gestire a 360 gradi ogni aspetto del progetto, come milestone, gantt, documenti, etc. E' ottimo per gestire e coordinare il team di lavoro. Le dashboard generali danno una panoramica molto completa di tutti i progetti a sistema con filtri potenti per raffinamenti. Cons Non ha attualmente il modulo dei rimborsi spese utenti integrato per allineare i costi di gestione del team (gestibili comunque tramite il plugin dei costi e ricavi). Mi hanno detto che per il 2024 dovrebbe uscire la versione aggiornata. Nei prosismi step vorremo utilizzare le potenti API per meglio integrare i nostri processi Pros T-PPM ha interfacce intuitive che facilitano la gestione operativa per tutti i team di lavoro a prescindere dalla funzione aziendale. La dashboard di progetto mi permette di avere il progetto sotto controllo sotto ogni aspetto (milestones, wbs, documenti, teams, gantt, attività etc) e sopratutto di muovermi nei progetti collegati nella stessa gerarchia. Le dashboard generali mi danno una visione d'insieme molto efficace e filtrabile per stato, dipartimento etc. Cons Attualmente non riscontro particolari problematiche, risponde alle nostre necessità.
