"Valuable to My Business and Easy to Use"

Overall: Very good - great value for money and excellent support

Pros: Payemoji was easy to setup and the team was very friendly. The one on conversation experience is great plus I have a chatbot which attends after hours and alerts me to clients who want to chat. Very valuable in my business!

Cons: There are some limitations on contacting clients if they havent messaged me within 24 hours but I believe this is a WhatsApp requirement.

"Using Payemoji for User Engagement"

Pros: Novel, intuitive direct engagement. Easy to set up and use Immediate and tangible response

Cons: Nothing really. We are happy with our experience to date.
