Cons Frequent delays in document submission, submitted documents not visible from the receiver's end, certain documents indicate completed with all signs but when the document is reviewed it does not show certain signatures. I highly appreciate the decision makers, Operations team and IT team. But it would be much better if it is available to change/ edit the name in the signing attachment as well. eg: Due to the absence of recommending/ approving authority, we can edit the recipient but not the name and designation in attachment so they decline it, hence we'll have to go through again with the same approval line which is duplicating work and time consuming. Pros The ease of access and it reduces the excessive paper usage. The availability to send reminders to approving authorities without being a bother to them giving calls time to time. Cons unavailability adding an attachment from the middle once an EVIA is already sent for signing. unavailability to change the name and designation of the approval authorities even through it allows to change/ edit the recipient. Cons One challenge I encountered with Evia Sign is when a document requires multiple rounds of approvals—for example, after being signed by the first set of signatories (e.g., department heads), it then needs to be submitted to another group (e.g., procurement committee).
