Overall experience is satisfactory. It does the job it is intended to and with further bug fixes it will be very useful.

Pros

This platform is simple, easy to use and convenient for us to use reducing the time on getting approvals.

Cons

Frequent delays in document submission, submitted documents not visible from the receiver's end, certain documents indicate completed with all signs but when the document is reviewed it does not show certain signatures.

Overall I'm satisfied about the product. I highly appreciate the decision makers, Operations team and IT team. But it would be much better if it is available to change/ edit the name in the signing attachment as well. eg: Due to the absence of recommending/ approving authority, we can edit the recipient but not the name and designation in attachment so they decline it, hence we'll have to go through again with the same approval line which is duplicating work and time consuming.

Pros

The ease of access and it reduces the excessive paper usage. The availability to send reminders to approving authorities without being a bother to them giving calls time to time.

Cons

unavailability adding an attachment from the middle once an EVIA is already sent for signing. unavailability to change the name and designation of the approval authorities even through it allows to change/ edit the recipient.

Overall, my experience with Evia Sign has been positive. The platform streamlines the document signing process, reduces paperwork, and enhances efficiency through digital workflows. It’s secure, convenient, and aligns well with internal approval processes.

Pros

The platform simplifies document workflows, reduces turnaround time, and ensures compliance with digital signature standards.

Cons

One challenge I encountered with Evia Sign is when a document requires multiple rounds of approvals—for example, after being signed by the first set of signatories (e.g., department heads), it then needs to be submitted to another group (e.g., procurement committee). In such cases, the Evia document reference code tends to overlap or get replaced during the second signing round, making the reference unreadable or inconsistent

Not required to print papers and it supports to save trees. E - Via platform is very easy to use more than paper work.

Cons

Easy to use and save time. It saves the time to sign and friendly to use to youngers. Proof available if the paper was lost but we have E copy in E via system.

Evia is a good signing platform for every company my organization and I are much satisfied with all it comprises of since it fully over deliver.

Pros

it has user-friendly interface Mostly like fact is E-signature compliant and secure which enables me to effortlessly sign documents online with legality.

Cons

Nothing. I have never had any disappointments with Evia Sign so I cannot find anything like least about.

It is very user friendly and very easy to use and access. Further this process reduces paper usage at maximum level

Pros

Can sign the documents at anywhere and anytime and it reduces manual process specially going behind of approving parties to obtain signatures.

Cons

User cannot take any action on the already sent docs rather than recalling it. Further Excel is not allowed to attach

Overall, my experience with Evia Sign has been largely positive. It streamlines the document approval process and enhances productivity. Despite occasional technical issues, such as document duplication, the platform remains a highly useful tool for managing electronic signatures and workflow approvals.

Pros

The convenience of signing documents was the biggest advantage. It allowed for quick, remote approvals without the need for printing or scanning, making the workflow much more efficient.

Cons

Occasionally, the system glitches and documents get duplicated, which can cause confusion and require extra time to resolve. It slightly disrupts the otherwise smooth process.

The system is efficient and requires minimal documentation, but email notifications are delayed sometimes. Improving the speed and reliability of notifications would make the system much more effective

Easy to review and sign, Less Documentation process, system is efficient, user-friendly and clear appearance

Cons

Evia Sign was the delay in email notifications. Timely communication is critical especially when signatures are time sensitive.
