I highly appreciate the decision makers, Operations team and IT team. But it would be much better if it is available to change/ edit the name in the signing attachment as well. eg: Due to the absence of recommending/ approving authority, we can edit the recipient but not the name and designation in attachment so they decline it, hence we'll have to go through again with the same approval line which is duplicating work and time consuming. Pros The ease of access and it reduces the excessive paper usage. The availability to send reminders to approving authorities without being a bother to them giving calls time to time. Cons unavailability adding an attachment from the middle once an EVIA is already sent for signing. unavailability to change the name and designation of the approval authorities even through it allows to change/ edit the recipient.
