Pros The ease of access and it reduces the excessive paper usage. The availability to send reminders to approving authorities without being a bother to them giving calls time to time. Cons unavailability adding an attachment from the middle once an EVIA is already sent for signing. unavailability to change the name and designation of the approval authorities even through it allows to change/ edit the recipient.
