Every potential employee does a survey so we can make great decisions on their best fit with us. We also survey kids golf coaches we train in our Coach Institute. We do this so that they can understand their strengths and weaknesses as a coach and to see how to speak the language of the student in front of them in order to engage them in golf. This sets us apart from other golf certifications. Pros ProScan tells me right away the language to speak to a person to engage them and help them feel comfortable. I know who to challenge, who to make friends with, who to assure, and who to inform at a glance. It is a cheat code for communication. Cons When the report comes to the survey taker it is a little overwhelming. I'd suggest put the connect with me page first, then the quick view then the report. Cons Accuracy and explanation of PDP assessments for individual's stress levels and level of job/workplace motivation and satisfaction are at-times questionable. The data in the ProScan report can be used to grow both as a person and also as a professional. ProScan is very positive as it looks at a person's strengths, not their shortcomings. Pros The ProScan assessment takes only a few minutes to complete and the feedback, the data you receive is very accurate. What I like best about ProScan is that it shows when a person is under stress and how this might lead to dissatisfaction or even burnout. Cons Sorry, I can't think of anything. Among the personality and behavioral assessments I have used in the past, it is the most effective and tends to drive a lot of interest and engagement in the readouts. Pros It's a more practical tool than many of the typical assessments - can be deployed in a variety of inter-personal contexts including family dynamics, personal assessment, hiring, job placement. I also think the resolution of the tool is very strong, and the ability to use the tool temporally to track changes in behavioral tendencies and understand stress environments is really useful. Cons With the added resolution and comprehensiveness of the ProScan tool, it involves a more thorough understanding of the specific traits, their implications, and their interactions.
