There is an appreciation for the ease in how it is administered. Love the quick turnaround in getting the results. Pros ProScan has allowed us to use a common language across the organization to describe how we work as individuals, as teams, as collaborators and as an organization. It provides a framework for us to strengthen our individual memory muscle especially as we collaborate throughout the organization. The tool provides a diplomatic and easy way to discuss how to advance the organization. Cons The language can be a little hard to understand for first time users. It would be helpful to have an additional information to help users fully understand the purpose and intent of the tool and that no scan is better than another scan. It is truly an assessment of how one maneuvers throughout the day-to-day operations of the organization. Review Source TS Trisha S. It helps teachers communicate better with students and with other teachers. And it helps students understand that people are different and have different communication styles. Not bad, just different! I highly recommend that other schools and programs try using this product and watch the student culture thrive! Pros The What Makes You Tick section is great! It really gives our students the opportunity to use the information about themselves and apply it to their lives today and their lives in the future. Cons My school has been using ProScan for about 25 years. We have seen a lot of changes, and everything is an improvement. So I don't have any issues with it! Review Source JK John K. Simplicity of application and very useful several reports for implementation. Pros Price, functionality and depth of accurate assessment. Cons Have found nothing negative with use over the past 20 years. They continue to refine it, revalidate it, and make it easier to use. It's fantastic! Pros I've used many assessment tools over the years, and the PDP ProScan is head and shoulders above the rest. It measures more traits and does so more accurately, while being EEOC compliant. Cons The only think I don't like is that many companies are reluctant to use assessment tools for their hiring, team building, and employee development. Review Source MF Mark F. I love using it, it has helped my marriage, it has helped provide my company with a common personality-oriented language. Pros ProScan cuts to the core of people's behavioral identity with accurate, incisive and very helpful analysis! Cons Some of the language/labels needs improvement. "Feeling" logic style, for example, is not about feelings. I explain this to every one I'm taking through the assessment. By placing people in positions, they enjoy lowers stresses on the individual. This naturally reduces the amount of turnover within our organization. Personally, I use the results of my annual ProScan for my professional growth plan. It takes the guesswork out of hiring the correct person for the position.
