For years, I have moved between "organisers" such as Microsoft OneNote, Tasks and Outlook but always found myself spending more time organising lists than being productive. Waymaker allows you to break down an objective into tasks which makes it easier to achieve the objective more efficiently. Something I find even more beneficial is doing this on a business level with my team members. Too often, strategic planning meetings would end with excitement but progress would be slow and sometimes not on the same path as discussed. Waymaker provides a central platform that can be used during the meeting and then a tracking system so that the business works in collaboration with focus. Cons The integration was easy. Pros Set up is easy and quick. The diagnostics output is excellent and provides a unique view into what is going on at the company. Setting goals and measurable outcomes using the OKR system is clear and easy to implement. Setting meeting templates and their minutes' automation is very useful to our teams. Tech support is extremely responsive and open to new ideas and they add new features often. Cons This product does not integrate with other programs, so all updates must be done manually by the users. Interface with the screen is not always intuitive. Navigation and finding the exact screen view you need requires some learning.
