A standardized ranking for our department across the stores. This helps to hold everyone accountable and no bias with having an outside person inputting data and selections.

Pros

The ease of seeing charts and coworkers production is the key to healthy competition. I love to work hard and and this is a way that it makes me work even harder to thrive with coworkers.

Cons

Its a user friendly system and there is nothing we have to do besides check in on goals and rankings.

Pros

I love being able to acknowledge my team in real-time and take advantage of key moments at any time of the day. The app design and overall ease of use of the recognition process keep things simple and easy to manage from my phone. Also, the ability to track our goals without having to factor in sales tax and shipping costs manually really helps keep my team on pace.

Cons

I don't have any complaints so far with CUES. We are at the mercy of Shopify and its ever-changing API and features, which can cause issues with our daily e-comm, but CUES responds very quickly to the changes and updates to ensure my data is accurate and up-to-date.
