It is very easy to go through and track what they are eating and where tweaks to their diet can be made. I also really like that I can use it for nutrition challenges. It makes it so much easier to track clients points throughout the challenge and they are able to see each other so they can also encourage each other as well. Their customer support is excellent, and we have had all of our questions answered as well as a live training for our whole team. Client feedback has been really good, and we expect to continue leveraging MacroStax Team to add services for our clients and increase revenue. Pros I love the ease of use / adoption for clients + being able to see their activity without requiring them to send us any reports or keep a handwritten journal. The recipe and food database is extensive. Our clients love the kid-friendly, 5-ingredient, and quick/no-cook options in the recipe library. And the resources provided by MacroStax are second to none. They have created every asset you can think of for helping you market and run a nutrition coaching program in your gym/business. Cons The mobile features of the Team site could be built out a bit more, but you can access the Team site on your phone, and it has worked fine for our team.
