York has proved time and time again why we went with them. They know EDI inside and out, I have never had an issue they could not fix or solution for me. When you call the customer service line you actually talk to a person who is ready and willing to help you. The knowledge, professionalism, and customer service are unmatched. Pros That our customers have options to connect with us. We as a company are able to set our specifications but we have the flexibility to make changes when needed to better accommodate our vendors needs. Cons I have not had any complaints or issues with any service provided to me.
