Pros

Todo el equipo estamos encantados con el uso de Acadesoft en nuestra academia. Una vez aprendes cómo utilizarlo, es una herramienta que te ahorra muchísimo tiempo en gestiones que antes tomaban el doble de tiempo. Lo que realmente más nos gusta es que prácticamente todo está en la plataforma sin tener que recurrir a otras aplicaciones o plataformas fuera de ella.

Cons

Por el momento nos está gustando bastante la plataforma. Creo que lo que podría mejorarse es que los profesores puedan enviar notificaciones de forma individualizada a cada alumno (deberes, etc) y no a toda la clase en general.

Porque todo está integrado en la plataforma sin módulos adicionales y las mejoras también están incorporadas sin coste adicional. También por el uso ilimitado de usuarios que en otras plataformas está limitado. Y en conjunto por precio general teniendo en cuenta lo anterior.

Mi experiencia con Acadesoft ha sido muy positiva porque el software es excelente, justo lo que necesita nuestro negocio y el equipo que tiene detrás es TOP. Recomiendo Acadesoft a todas aquellas academias que quieran ahorrar tiempo y evitar dolores de cabeza usando una plataforma específica pensada para la administración de academias.

Pros

Acadesoft nos ayuda a gestionar todos los aspectos fundamentales de nuestra academia para así ser más eficaces y poder ofrecer un mejor servicio a nuestros clientes. Nos ayuda a gestionar nuevos alumnos, toda la facturación, recibos, envío de recibos o facturas a través de email ó whatsapp, envío de remesas etc. Nos permite enviar informes a nuestros alumnos. Tiene infinidad de funciones específicas para la administración de una academia. Lo recomiendo 100%. Es un software excelente con un soporte técnico super profesional.

Cons

Llevamos usando la plataforma casi un año y no veo desventajas. Es justo lo que necesitamos para una gestión eficaz de nuestro negocio.

Pros

Acadesoft es un programa muy fácil e intuitivo de usar, nos ha ahorrado tiempo y facilitado mucho la gestión administrativa y contable (antes usábamos muchos excel y ahora podemos centralizarlo casi todo en el programa).

Cons

La funcionalidad para enviar newsletters de momento no la usamos porque es muy sencilla, aunque este hecho no es un problema ya que el programa ofrece muchas otras ventajas.

Estamos muy satisfechos con Acadesoft.

Pros

La implementación ha sido super fácil y rápida con la ayuda de \[contenido sensible oculto\]. El programa ofrece todas las funcionalidades que se necesitan para gestionar el día a día de los alumnos. Fácil e intuitivo de usar tanto para los coordinadores como profesores. Incluso para los mismos estudiantes al acceder a su área personal.Por otro lado, si alguna vez hemos necesitado algún recurso en particular siempre nos han ayudado mucho para poder adaptarlo a nuestras necesidades.

Cons

Solo echo de menos una parte donde poder gestionar la caja diaria. Por lo demás no echamos nada en falta, tiene todo lo que necesitamos.

Llevo más de 10 años usndolo y jamás lo cambiaria por ningún otro, he visto muchos otros y estoy convencida de que es el ,ejor.

Pros

Acadesoft es un programa creado única y exclusivamente para academias de idiomas y refuerzo por lo que no hay utilidades que no vayas a usar, es muy intuitivo y de uso muy fácil, tanto para los administradores como para los profesores o los alumnos/familias. Facilita la gestión de la academia un 1000%

Cons

Lo único que le añadiria es un módulo de contabilidad para poder hacer asientos, balances.... Y así tenerlo todo en un mismo programa.

Facilita el día a día en el trabajo. Todas las funciones (académicas, administrativas...) están recogidas en las funciones de Acadesoft

Cons

De momento, no hay nada que me falle o eche en falta. Es más, si lo hubiera, siempre puedo contar con el equipo técnico, que sabe adaptar el programa a mis necesidades.

Genial! Lastima no haberlo descubierto antes

Pros

Fácil y rápida implementación. Todas las funcionalidades que tiene son útiles. Es un software que todo lo que ofrece lo aprovechas no necesitas ni más ni menos. Hacen mejoras constantes. Calidad precio inmejorable. 12 años abiertos y es el mejor software que hemos tenido porque es especifico para acdemias de idiomas.

Cons

El software podría ofrecer varios idiomas, para aquellos profesores que no hablen catalán. Echamos de menos la versión en inglés.
