There is no reason to pay a year plan and not have access to the features. It is difficult to have no support after full payment for months. Pros Nothing, no support, paid for a year and it says I am on a free version, over a month of emailing, chatting, no response once they got payment. We have invested and not been able to use, it is business blocking. Very disappointed. Cons No access to what we paid for, no support, no response, lack of care for customers once they pay. We tried chat, emails, everything. I can construct even the most complex workflows with conditional logic, multi-step routing, scheduling and more - all through a visual interface.The notifications and alerts features provide process visibility and oversight without constant monitoring and more are flagged for my review and decision. Pros it promised unlimited free document e-signatures after paying an initial $99. Cons after paying the initial $99 i still was forced to buy a subscription to get more e-signatures. + was buggy: couldn't use AU date format effectively, several bugs while using, hard to use. However, once implemented in an actual production business, it fell short. I wish it had worked due to the price. I didn't want to renew DocuSign as it is more expensive. Unfortunately, customers complained that they were not able to sign, or it gave them a timeout. Pros I liked the price and the clean Interface. Cons Some customers reported that they were not able to sign the forms. Adding PDFs was very difficult You could not modify the PDFs after it was created. If you want to send a reminder you need to upgrade. Even thou I had unlimited. Small amount of features and they want you to pay for basic features available in other programs. Cons It is very simple to use, but it requires more integrations.
