KnowBe4 combines security awareness training with phishing simulation and analysis to help Japanese organizations prevent cyberattacks. It features extensive security awareness training content and an automated training campaign function that sends reminder emails to company employees based on the course schedule. The software features numerous community phishing templates and can administer automated phishing tests to every student. It also strengthens network protection and eliminates the need for staff members to report IT-related issues like malware infections to IT departments. The test results analysis function shows statistics and graph evaluations that link the training status to phishing test outcomes.

KnowBe4 Reviews
Pros
They know how to make a bad email look pretty legitimate. The training is good, gives good reports, and it integrates with Azure.
The test emails that it sends out are really good.
Overall was super helpful when first starting my job to learn about security and dos and don'ts.
Cons
Some of the data from tests could be more granular and give a broader picture of the threat landscape.
Also, making the content available on-demand (instead of assigned like the cybersecurity courses) was difficult and resulted in a few frustrated users.
There is alot of settings and notification triggers, if you get the settings wrong then its easy to spam users inboxes with notifications, and this would leave the task more negative with the users.
"Fantastic cybersecurity training platform, but missing some features"
Overall: If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the KnowBe4 cybersecurity learning platform for our organization. But I would skip the additional learning and compliance training, and I might go for a longer term to get a more significant discount.
Pros: The KnowBe4 training and testing platform was fairly easy to roll out across our organization, and was in place and being used within a few weeks of signing a three-year agreement. Much quicker implementation than I've seen with other software platforms. The cybersecurity training content is very good, and gives us a lot of options from in-depth long-form learning tracks to quick training videos and even distributable flyers and posters. And the training is effective! Our risk score has improved by almost 20% in just six months. Feedback from users on the platform generally and the content specifically is positive almost across the board.
Cons: We opted for the expanded learning content including compliance training, which has been great in the sense that we can give users additional non-cybersecurity learning options, but the content is limited and the courses I've explored haven't been particularly useful. Also, making the content available on-demand (instead of assigned like the cybersecurity courses) was difficult and resulted in a few frustrated users.
"KnowBe4 is fantastic!"
Overall: KnowBe4 has been a great partner for our organization to keep end users informed of potential threats.
Pros: Ease of setup and the support from customer rep.
Cons: I don't have any cons to using KnowBe4. The product did exactly what we needed.
"Best training aide I have seen"
Pros: This is the best training tool for Security that I have seen in my 10 years in SaaS. Their videos are entertaining and up to date. There are no cut scenes from an office that were filmed 20 years ago and outdated information. They also have great testing which will see if your employees learned anything and I am not talking about after the videos; real email phising tests.
Cons: There is nothing that I can list, it checks every box for me. They even give the option to speed up playback, for those that like to listen at a quicker pace.
"Easy to use with a clean interface "
Overall: very simple easy to use program. It keeps all my required training in a easy to manage location
Pros: Easy to use interface, keeps track of my required training for the year
Cons: none that I can think of in this moment, worked as we need it to
"Great training and simulations"
Pros: The test emails that it sends out are really good. They know how to make a bad email look pretty legitimate. The training is good, gives good reports, and it integrates with Azure.
Cons: Takes a bit to learn how to use and manage it but still pretty user friendly for the management aspects of it.
