Abysmal. We tried them as payweb was closing down, but deeply regret the move and are doing another payroll switch this year to get away from them.

Pros

nothing - they are worse in ever way than our prior provider though more expensive

Cons

Integration did not work as promised, set-up was done poorly took more than a month and still led to pay issues in the first month of use, platform is clunky and reporting is poor. Automatic calculations are often off by a few cents as well.

We are sorry your experience was not exceptional, as we strive to deliver a consistent and compliant solution with excellent customer service to each of our clients. The closing of Deluxe certainly did send us (the entire Canadian payroll industry!) for a loop, entering into a space unknown with many thousands of companies suddenly requiring a new provider. We fully accept that we fell short in some areas and are diligently addressing each one head-on. Our current rates are consistent within the marketplace and we are fully committed to continuous improvement. We value your business and hope to one day earn back your trust by providing you with the service you deserve.
