Customer support will look at your ticket 5 days later and then if you do not reply to a (standardized) request on the ticket, they close it 6 hours later and you have to start all over again. The form itself disappeared and it basically made my whole website useless. That was two weeks ago. I wouldn't recommed it if the project needs to be done in a short period of time, as solving some issues takes time. Pros The plugin is really complete and has a lot of useful functionalities. Overall, the support is really good. Depending on amount of tickets they can take up to 5 days to reply, but usually average is 2 days. Cons I found many bugs in the plugins. Even they solve the issues, sometimes some functionalities suddenly stops working.
