Fantastic from first acquiring about the system. \[sensitive content hidden\] walked me through the software when I was initially interested, answered all my questions, did not overpromise anything and worked with me getting registered. Since then I have been dealing with \[sensitive content hidden\] who has gone above and beyond getting me set up personalizing all of my office needs. I have been in practice for approximately 30 years, and I can honestly say in just two weeks I am now set to maximize technology and free up some of my time to focus on patient care and have some free time. \[sensitive content hidden\], and the entire team, are personable, take they time ensuring that you understand all the steps to the software, follow-up and honestly care about your success with their system. Cannot rate them high enough.

Pros

I was initially interested in TurnCloud just for my billing needs. As the TurnCloud team reviewed with me all of the capabilities and features, I realized this could be my one stop shop to meet all of my office needs. As with all providers, documentation has been my biggest Achilles Heel. \[sensitive content hidden\] of TurnCloud has spent a significant amount of time teaching me how to maximize the capabilities of this software and has helped me customize the EHR to help fit my needs. He walked me through how to set up my own phrases, how to add categories and personalize my note taking system which has been amazing. From a billing standpoint, you can import your customized fees based on insurance company, directly into the billing software once your note is written. As a provider, I can now quickly right and accurate note, import the charges from the note and submit to the Clearinghouse. This is life-changing.

Cons

There has been no cons that I can speak of. Any small obstacle that I have encountered learning the system, I have reached out to TurnCloud, and \[sensitive content hidden\] have answered immediately.

Customer service has been very helpful in answering questions we had. Any new program will take awhile to adjust and you have helped us work out the little kinks we had

Pros

I enjoy the accessibility of turncloud. I like that i can access it from any computer on any internet source and am able to check my schedule as well as schedule patients from outside the clinic.

Cons

There is no place for orthopedic exams for extremities (only spine), there is no place for a review of systems, and no place for acupuncture. Billing is more complicated than the sister program chiro8000. I was expecting the program to somewhat mirror chiro8000 and it seems as if there is less information available to chart on patients that chiro8000.

Given that its fairly new to me. It has been very easy to work with and its very self-explanatory on how to use it.

Pros

What I like the most about TurnCloud is that it has been quicker to work with. The transition has been smooth.

Cons

I would have to go with the schedule. When you want to print the schedule, the patients do not show in order by their time.

The support team is excellent, the staff is very supportive (even if you are a little slow on the uptake.

Pros

It works well and is user friendly and intuitive. The pricing is reasonable and the start up is quick.

Cons

If you are transferring data be careful to only bring in what u want. It is cumbersome and time consuming to take data out.

Pros

Very quick and easy to use. Everything I need, no bloat!

Cons

Needs foot leveler integration but they have been adding things quickly that I request so here's hoping.

It has been great. I never have a problem reaching support for training or feature requests. So far, they have brought all of my requests into the live version and didn't charge me. They are all really nice.

Pros

Probably the thing I like the most is their responsiveness. The program started out really not meeting my needs as a one-man operation but they quickly listened to my needs and updated the program. I like that it is simple and easy to learn and use.

Cons

When I first started, I feel they were lacking but they quickly responded and supported my needs. I really like it now.
