The PMS is really great for commercial law firms and provides everything you need without having to subscribe to expensive upgrades and optional packages. Pros The flexibility of Bilabl is superb. When we used other systems previously we needed to adapt our processes to fit the platform. With Bilabl we can configure it to work the way we want to work. The customer support is also the best I have ever experienced. Cons The usage guides could be better, but the Bilabl team is constantly releasing new guides growing the library of help information. Customer support is also always available in case an issue arises that is not covered in the help documentation. It is easy to use and has all of the features that I need to manage my law practice. I have been able to save a lot of time and improve my efficiency. I would highly recommend Bilabl to any lawyer who is looking for a legal practice management software. I have integrated Bilabl with Xero - accounting software. This has made it even easier to manage my law practice. Overall, I am very happy with Bilabl and would highly recommend it to any lawyer who is looking for a legal practice management software.
