I like how the entire WizCommerce team gets back to us whenever we have queries or issues, especially when they’re urgent. They are reliable. The platform is easy to navigate and user-friendly.

Cons

At first, it was challenging to add products or update a single detail since everything had to be done in bulk, but the team resolved this by providing options to manage select fields or add products manually.

Overall, it has been a good experience. It has worked well during trade shows. Product uploads are user friendly.

It is easy to use and their support team is helpful. Product uploads and updates are pretty straightforward.

Cons

There have been a few minor issues with orders, such as existing accounts being deleted. The support team helped to fix the issues though.

The whole team is great. They are quick to respond to any issues that may pop up. They spend a good amount of time & tradeshows & check in with you in person.

Pros

The Wiz team is constantly creating new features. As you would imagine, lots of them require additional $$.

Cons

The Dashboard can be slow sometimes. Downloading .pdf orders & printing them is time consuming. Entering customers on the App is time consuming as well.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with WizCommerce as our order-taking platform for trade shows and road sales. It gives our team real-time visibility into inventory, makes it easy to build new orders and reorders, and provides quick access to each customer’s purchase history. Because everything is so accessible and intuitive, our time with customers stays focused on selling, assortment strategy, and how we can best support their business, rather than getting bogged down in admin or back-office work.

Pros

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for team members who are less tech savvy. It is also a great tool for my key account team for quoting customers and exporting that data into Excel with images.

Cons

There were some initial challenges with data mapping and ensuring information flowed accurately between systems. While the team was responsive and quick to resolve issues, onboarding and integrations required more hands-on coordination than expected. One area for improvement is call quality during meetings, as background noise can sometimes make it difficult to hear clearly.

WizCommerce isn’t just a catalog tool it’s a sales execution platform. It helps reps close faster, reduces operational cleanup, and gives leadership clearer insight into what’s actually driving revenue. Why should you use WizCommerce because it turns wholesale selling into a faster, cleaner, and more scalable process especially for brands, reps, and distributors managing large catalogs and B2B buyers.

Pros

What I like most about WizCommerce is that it actually makes selling easier in the moment especially for reps. You can build an order fast, see inventory, check case packs, and keep the conversation moving without digging through mutiple systems.

Cons

Candidly though, it’s strongest on the sales side. It’s great for capturing orders and visibility, but it still depends heavily on clean setup and NetSuite alignment to avoid downstream issues. If data, case packs, or preorder flags aren’t maintained, problems show up later in ops.

Staff is very accessible for questions and they were very accommodating to get orders to sync with our ERP.

Pros

It is the least expensive trade show order-writing software I have found. I only do two tradeshows per year, and this is the only solution that is economical enough for that volume. I also love that we can use scanners to easily write orders in our booth.

Cons

It's $20 a month to have the emails sent from your own email address. This was not a cost that I was anticipating and I can't imagine a business that would be okay with having their tradeshow orders coming from a WizCommerence email address so I feel like this feature should be included

Our experience has been excellent. WizCommerce has replaced multiple manual workflows and siloed tools with a single system that integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks and SOS. It’s saved us time, reduced errors, and made our trade show operations more professional. The team is always open to feedback and actively improves the product.

Pros

WizCommerce has made our order-taking process significantly smoother. We can book orders, generate custom quotes and tear sheets, track custom product requests, and create labels for trade shows all within the same platform. The interface is intuitive, and the reporting gives great visibility across the organization.

Cons

Nothing major. As we’re pushing the limits of what WizCommerce can do, there are a few edge cases we’ve come across, but the team is responsive and eager to evolve the product based on our feedback. Sunny from customer support, in particular, has been fantastic. The responsiveness from the Wiz team makes all issues feel manageable.

WizCommerce has helped us transition from a stagnant, outdated tool to a modern, efficient, and AI-enhanced platform. Our sales team is more informed, more productive, and better equipped to serve customers. Integration with our backend systems ensures they can take action without delays or back-and-forths with customer service. It’s not just a sales tool—it’s a competitive advantage.

Pros

The ability to empower our sales reps with real-time access to inventory, customer data, and order status has been a game changer. Features like advanced filtering, smart product recommendations, and seamless integrations with Epicor, DCKAP, and WorldPay have helped streamline operations and drive more effective selling. Also, the AI-powered tools like “View Similar” and “Frequently Bought Together” allow reps to make intelligent suggestions even with a massive and constantly evolving catalog.

Cons

There’s very little to dislike. The only challenge is that it’s now outperforming our own B2B website in terms of speed, filtering, and user experience—so we’re now playing catch-up on that front. Wished all new functions/updates were part of the baseline functionality.

WizCommerce is solving several major pain points for us. Our reps finally have a stable, fast tool. It is very easy to use, especially at trade shows. The admin team saves hours every week now that we’re not re-entering data into GP manually. Customers are also seeing a major upgrade in site usability and features. The platform delivers a far more cohesive experience, and it’s helping us increase sales and reduce friction across the board.

WizCommerce gives us a connected, all-in-one experience across both our sales reps and customers. On the rep side, the quoting, order writing, tear sheet generation, and trade show label scanning features are a huge step up. Our reps have been able to quickly adjust to the new platoform and have enjoyed the enhanced features and faster load times. Our customers now have a much smoother shopping experience with better product discovery and fewer roadblocks. Plus, the integration with Great Plains means orders, invoices, and customer updates are synced automatically, keeping everyone on the same page without duplicate data entry.

Cons

Nothing significant so far, but there’s naturally some ramp-up involved when switching platforms. The process for editing product information and loading images is more time-consuming than we would like, but they are working on a solution to make that as streamlined as everything else. Thankfully, WizCommerce’s support team has been extremely responsive, typically under 24 hours, which makes navigating the change much easier.
