The support has been very responsive. They are open to customer's feedback and are looking to make the improvements. And it's a great money saver! You get pretty much all the features for a very, very competitive price. In fact, from pricing perspective, it's a steal as compared to the alternatives. Pros The documentation and video tutorials provided are great for a beginner to learn the tool and make it very easy for anyone to familiarize themselves with its usage. Cons Initially, the emails used to take some time to go out, but they've recently solved this issue and the emails go out instantly now. Also, I think it will be better if we can create landing pages within sendmails too, so that email addresses can be captured on the same platform. The value is impressive, and the customer service is excellent. Pros I appreciate the one-time fee for SendMails and the excellent customer service provided by Anant. The step-by-step videos are fantastic. When I encountered an issue with setting up the DNS, Anant quickly jumped on a video chat and guided me through the solution. The SendMails dashboard is also very user-friendly. Cons The downside isn’t with SendMails itself but with setting up Amazon AWS and getting approved, which can be time-consuming. It's a young platform with lots of great features and they seem to be constantly improving. I'd highly recommend!
