The step-by-step videos are fantastic. When I encountered an issue with setting up the DNS, Anant quickly jumped on a video chat and guided me through the solution. The SendMails dashboard is also very user-friendly. Cons The downside isn’t with SendMails itself but with setting up Amazon AWS and getting approved, which can be time-consuming. Additionally, the last thing I want to do is give a poor rating of a product. I know the difficulties with running a business BUT when I purchased your product and rely on it for revenue for my business then I expect the service I paid for. I had high hopes to promote this to our users but I can't do that based on the frustrating disappointing experience we have had for the past year. To say the least, this is a HUGE disappointment. Pros I liked the idea. Unfortunately, delivery on what was promised was not good. Cons Lack of support (little to MOSTLY none). We paid $300 hoping this would be a cost savings but it just ended up costing us time and money. The campaign setup is cumbersome. You can't segment lists in a usable way. You need to save each email as a "template" if you want to reuse it (can't just select previous email) so a LOT more work. Textarea to write email is small box that you have to expand every time (very annoying). No emoji option in email creation. Formatting is hit or miss. You have to learn how it incorrectly formats your email so that you can plan for it. Background colors don't work on emails. Contact management is majorly lacking and cumbersome. Integration to AWS SES is not horrible but it had issues as well. I can't imagine any novice trying to use this. Honestly, I feel like I should be paid as a beta-tester. Way too many bugs.
