Pros

  • Sociocs offers lot of amazing features like facebook / whatsapp message, inbound /outbound message and website widgets. I like their free tier it works good and worth it.

  • We can communicate effectively with our clients as well as provide an outstanding online customer service experience.

  • Excellent customer support: The software provides excellent customer support, with a dedicated support team available to assist users with any questions or issues they encounter.

  • I have been using Sociocs for about a month now and I love it. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

Cons

  • I changed software due to the lag the software gave me; a bit disappointed.

  • Bugs and glitches: Sociocs software that is prone to bugs, crashes, or other technical issues can be frustrating for users.

  • Sociocs analyses can be misinterpreted or misused if not properly understood, leading to incorrect conclusions or flawed decision-making.

  • Limitations imposed by texting on Sociocs' customer communication platform. The inability to easily switch between different tools and platforms in Sociocs is something that could annoy me.

"Business Communication Manager"

Pros: For company social media management I always prefer Sociocs. Generating what's app chat link is simple and easy using it. Its android app also works smooth with its brilliant UI.

Cons: Everything works fine nothing to mention in the cons section.

By using this tool, we can acquire new customers as well as retain existing customers easily to expand. The company offers outstanding customer service, social media management tools, and messenger options.

"Highly Reccommend"

Overall: Overall, I feel Sociocs offers real time communication which boasts customer satisfaction scores.

Pros: Real time customer communication it offers!

Cons: I have privacy concerns however this is with most software being used for personal businesses.

"There are probably better options"

Pros: The software has a lot of options, but some of them aren't that useful and a bit laggy.

Cons: I changed software due to the lag the software gave me; a bit disappointed.

Overall: very good, used it briefly before switching to another product

Pros: lots of messaging options and personalized ways to send

Cons: somewhat limited for a program that seems like social media
