Sociocs offers lot of amazing features like facebook / whatsapp message, inbound /outbound message and website widgets. I like their free tier it works good and worth it.

I have been using Sociocs for about a month now and I love it. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

I changed software due to the lag the software gave me; a bit disappointed.
Bugs and glitches: Sociocs software that is prone to bugs, crashes, or other technical issues can be frustrating for users.
Sociocs analyses can be misinterpreted or misused if not properly understood, leading to incorrect conclusions or flawed decision-making.
Limitations imposed by texting on Sociocs' customer communication platform. The inability to easily switch between different tools and platforms in Sociocs is something that could annoy me.
