The 1st challenge that I faced after using this platform is that It didn't supported some of the social platforms which reduced our market reach and also it will take lot of time to master all the features and tools available in the software and also one time I didn't got any response from the customer care side after mailing so many times

Overall, I have had an excellent experience transferring from my other software to Sociocs. The onboarding team went above and beyond to sort out some challenging issues. I am pleased that I can manage my Twilio account myself and pay them directly. This is exactly what any business owner would look for. A simple, clean, reliable service.

Pros

Sociocs is truly the best in the business. Better than all the rest. I spent hours comparing and demoing different software. This one really takes the cake. - Very simple set up. You get to manage your own Twilio account (which the competitors use anyways), and host your own number. - Excellent clean looking interface on both Web and Mobile. - Top notch fast support. They resolved everything and were caring and professional. - Fair pricing compared with competitors. - HIPAA and PIPIEDA Compliant

The experience with Sociocs is great so far . The product can just be bought for the message management feature it has got to offer .

Pros

The Sociocs enables user to integrate with different social media planforms to reach out customer and pitch in product sales effectively . It comes at a low cost , which is great for any small businesses to start with their customer communication management. Bulk SMS feature is really awesome if you handle huge volume of customers.

Cons

It has got connectors like Viper (Most people stopped or not using this anymore) whereas . the connector for Instagram is not available , where most of the product pitches happen these days.

After using Sociocs for some time now, and managing customer inquiries and support requests, I have to say it's been great.The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, we literally got set up and running in no time.The pricing is ok for what they're offering, and the support team has been very helpful whenever I've had inquiries.

Pros

It's easy to use and set up, even for non-technical users, with a great customer support team that's always ready and willing to help.It's also incredibly seamless to integrate with platforms like WhatsApp, in order to get customer reviews

Cons

Even though we love Sociocs, it does lack a few features that other competitors have.So far the only complaint we have is that it can be a bit slow when trying to sort out scheduling and managing posts especially if you have quite a number.Fortunately, it's not a deal breaker for us.
