My overall experience with Sociocs has been good so far. I definitely recommend it if your business relies heavily on customer support/service.

Pros

Sociocs is a very nice application for customer service. It offers several features like WhatsApp Business support, which is a great way to help customers that use this famous chatting application. Also, Sociocs allows live chat with an agent which was proved to be much more efficient than the traditional chat bot. One of the best aspects is the very nice streamlined user-interface.

Cons

There's not much I dislike about Sociocs so far. I haven't been using it for a very long time to discover any major issues or bugs. Maybe adding some statistics/dashboards would be a good tool for managmenent.

Pros

It also offers incredible feature that supports images, videos and files communication and seamlessly integrates with WhatsApp messanger.

Cons

Nothing to dislike about Sociocs, its cost effective and easy to use and learn with excellent history tracking capability from many channels.

Their pricing become very expensive if you have large number of channels. Adding & editing user permissions could'be been more flexible.

Pros

The product is very easy to understand & the unified inbox helps to resolve client issues with ease. The unified inbox helps combine all communication.

Cons

Priority task building could've been done better. Some times you get too many random requests & bot feedback that could be avoided by simple filtering system.

Cons

I have been using Sociocs for about a month now and I love it. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is amazing. I have been able to create a very personal relationship with my customers through this tool. It is also so much more affordable than other customer communication tools.

Pros

Makes it easy to send out surveys to customers and collect feedback and there's also a free plan so you don't have to pay at first.

Cons

It does not have many features and The data is not always accurate.

the softwware is simple with a good design, you can bulk send masseges with offers and updates on multible channels you can also attach videos or images. Appointment reminders helped decrease missed appointments.
