I definitely recommend it if your business relies heavily on customer support/service. Pros Sociocs is a very nice application for customer service. It offers several features like WhatsApp Business support, which is a great way to help customers that use this famous chatting application. Also, Sociocs allows live chat with an agent which was proved to be much more efficient than the traditional chat bot. One of the best aspects is the very nice streamlined user-interface. Cons There's not much I dislike about Sociocs so far. I haven't been using it for a very long time to discover any major issues or bugs. Maybe adding some statistics/dashboards would be a good tool for managmenent.
