Overall: It's excellent. The platform worked really well. When we got in trouble we asked customer support and the response was very quick and helpful. Things are complicated to found, but once you get used to that, it's wonderful. We tracked some numbers, focused our budget on that campaign, and voila! We got up to a 30% increase in calls.
Pros: Thanks to the tool we have end to end tracking from the anonymous visitor to the purchase. The inclusion of this solution in our stack has been differentiating.
Cons: It was a bit complicated to set up the account, and then it was a mess to identify functionalities.

Pros: Relatively easy to integrate, with all in one tracking system, with easy flow management and AI integrated analytics at an incredible good price, making it a very good tool for both small startups and big enterprises.
Cons: I would have liked to see a more flexible out of the box IVR and a better tool UX. However, once you get used to the tool (acceptable learning curve), it is easy to operate.
