While I originally contacted them purely from an SEO perspective, they've been able to add value across all the business areas interested in on-site navigation and user intent. Pros 1) A best-in-class, ever-evolving offering of solutions to our universal business needs 2) The ability to adapt to both the technological and political challenges that come with make changes to any large ecommerce site. 3) Brilliant client engagement that made our regular meetups both insightful and enjoyable Cons None come to mind, though there would be scope for them to be more vocal about some of the cool stuff their tools can do to allow us to circulate those learnings more widely in the business. With last minute trading opportunities - staying on calls into the evening to ensure correct optimisations... the team are reactive when we come calling and driven in the pursuit to stand out as our premier partner. Pros Recommendations are relevant and optimised. Contextual links add something none of our other partners can offer (in an age where everyone does EVERYTHING). Support is exemplary - constantly over delivering. Customers use it and, when they do, it performs: increased cvr and aov vs non-FoundIt! users. It plugs some serious gaps we have in product data - allowing users to get further into our site despite not being able to filter manually. We have regular check-in sessions to go over what's going on behind the scenes and gain some insight into what's 'new' in the personalisation area, and, see what we could possibly adopt into our websites. The team is dependable and can be relied on to ensure our solution is running at its best without fault, if there are any issues that pop up we have easy communication channels to ensure everything is back up and running as soon as possible.Overall, a great partner to work with over the last few years. Pros Time to deploy on-site was a breeze, a very easy integration process. The ongoing maintenance required from our side has been minimal which is good, the FoundIt! team is constantly making improvements on their side which allows us to focus on some other areas with our development resources. We've A/B tested multiple design variations for the 'search assistance' (as we call it) functionality alongside the FoundIt! team and have seen great ROI from doing so - overall, a great tool!
