But the issues with support and the jump in price were definitely not great. It's a powerful tool for sure, but these things made us think twice about how we'll use it moving forward. Pros I really liked how easy it was to use Tidal for scheduling jobs across different systems and apps. It made our work a lot smoother and we could do a lot without needing to be experts in scripting. The interface was also pretty straightforward, which made getting things done faster and less of a headache. Cons The biggest downside for me was the cost, especially when it came time to renew our subscription. It felt like the prices just shot up a lot more than we expected. Also, getting help for smaller, non-urgent issues became a bit of a pain after Tidal was taken over by another company. It seemed like it took forever to get the right person to look at our problems.
