Pros

  • I love that it connects everything in my business and uses the make.com integrator. The support team is responsive and open to listening to their customers to help better user experience.

  • Its comprehensive capabilities around data synchronization, security, and integration make it an excellent choice for companies aiming to increase efficiency and data-driven decisions.

  • 3Notable applications like Marketplan.io, Affine, TrueConversion, Fullstro, ActivePieces, and Divhunt have not been integrated so far, presenting an exciting prospect for inclusion.

  • The user interface is visually appealing with lively colors. The application has the potential to work seamlessly with a variety of other tools.

Cons

  • Poor documentation: the information is not updated, which caused me to spend more time solving my integration-related issues.

  • Definetly has a steep learning curve. Terminology can be confusing and it's not initially intuitive as a beginner.

  • Hard to get familiar with the product logic in the beginning. So it takes a bit of learning time up front.

  • Unfortunately the Customer Service quite a bit unresponsive. Response so slow and need longer time to reply our questions.

"Boost.space is a great for automation and adding additional features to your existing tools"

Overall: We currently use ZenDesk as our ticketing system and Boost.space has allowed us to perform additional functions that are not included in ZenDesk itself. We now have the ability to map user data such as their location and address to ticket fields and display them on the ticket view for our Technicians to easily group up tickets that are at the same location. Using the product is quite easy where you drag and drop different modules and configure what type of action you want them to take. I love the product!

Pros: Boost.space is the bridge between various apps and data for us to automate and integrate with other applications. At the moment the biggest problem it's solving for us is automatically syncing contacts and calendars from Microsoft Outlook 365 to Google Suite Calendar for our users.

Cons: Credit usage on Boost.space can become quite costly if you have really complicated automations or integrations, but purchasing a higher tier or the enterprise plan can solve this issue.

Alternatives Considered: Pabbly Connect
Reasons for Choosing Boost.space: Boost.space has Make modules built in and it's much more trusted by the automation community.
Switched From: Zapier
Reasons for Switching to Boost.space: Overall cost, Zapier was much more expensive per action than Boost.space overall. I am now saving 60% of what I was paying with Zapier.

"Great customer support, amazing automations can be created"

Pros: The Boostspace tool has been a revolutionary addition to my productivity toolkit. Its simplicity, tailored for individuals not well-versed in programming, allows for effortless automation creation, making it a game-changer in my daily operations. The ability to connect various online form results and other data from different tools into a centralized data store has proven invaluable. Despite the initial complexities, a constructive conversation with their supportive team enabled me to navigate through these challenges effectively. Moreover, the platform offers an extensive array of connections, encompassing all the major services required for backend operations, and approximately 1690 additional options. This vast selection is complemented by a dynamic community that participates in a leaderboard to vote on new additions, enhancing the tool's functionality continually. The integration of Make as a base further enriches the user experience, adding a layer of sophistication and versatility. With the community's support and enthusiasm backing this tool, and the affordability of a one-time purchase under $100 with no recurring costs, Boostspace is undeniably an indispensable asset that I highly commend.

Cons: While the Boostspace tool is highly effective, it does come with its challenges. New users should be prepared for a steep learning curve; mastering the tool requires a significant investment of time to learn through multiple videos, tutorials, and documentation. Additionally, setting up the system to function seamlessly with various inputs and outputs can consume a considerable amount of time. These initial hurdles are substantial, but with perseverance and utilisation of the available resources, they can be overcome, leading to stable and efficient operation. The combination of these elements forms a nuanced view that honestly represents the Boostspace tool's capabilities and limitations, while also highlighting the excellent support system and community backing that contribute to its success.

"Loving the way boost integrates with make for automations"

Overall: Even though I had some struggles, I think Boost Space is worth it. It's become invaluable for my business. It fills in the gaps that TaskMagic is missing for me. I can do a lot, but you need to take the time to learn how to use it. If you’re going to give it a try, just be ready to spend some time figuring things out. But once you get past that, it’s pretty awesome.

Pros: Boost.Space works with Make.com. Like having two tools in one. Boost is super easy to use, and Make is powerful. I’ve been able to connect different parts of my business that didn’t work well together before. Now? Much smoother. Plus, it’s strong when it comes to syncing data between the apps I use every day. I’m also excited about where it’s heading with some of their recent announcements of 4.0 I know this is odd, but it also looks good. Colorful, not boring.

Cons: That said, it wasn’t all easy. All automation have big learning curves, and Boost was kind of tricky at first. The way it’s set up was confusing, and it took me longer than I expected to figure it out. But they have tons of videos to learn from. Customer service was a little slow to respond, which didn’t help when I was already frustrated. But they did point me in the right directions

"ok, but needs a little refresh"

Overall: •While I find it quite pleasing, there are specific areas that require enhancement: 1Improving robustness is vital to avoid unexpected downtimes, particularly due to the criticality of company data. 2Urgent alerts from BoostSpace are essential to inform users when their record count is running low, empowering them to manage this by deleting obsolete entries. Your immediate attention to this request is greatly valued. 3Notable applications like Marketplan.io, Affine, TrueConversion, Fullstro, ActivePieces, and Divhunt have not been integrated so far, presenting an exciting prospect for inclusion.

Pros: design and onboarding.

Cons: system failing sometimes

"Spent 18 hours+ to do basic thing, but still giving it a 5 stars"

Overall: I had automation already set up with another company, Pabbly. Then I saw the deal and took it, knowing that I would probably need to go through a learning curve. My first time in Makes and Boost.Space, LOTS of learning learning curve. I spent 18 hours to setup 3 simple automation I had (connecting my CRM to Quickbook for creating customers, invoicing and marking as paid). Customer support was not the best from my experience. They simply said "we can't help, I need a tailored solution, need to book a meeting and if happy pay the fee". After spending hours of looking up solutions, i simply just need to run the scenario with the real data. (I wish the support could have said that). Anyway, I'm giving it 5 stars because the software has huge potential and the ability to be very flexible with how you want to automate things.

Pros: FLEXIBLE - with what you can do and how you want your data being automated. CONNECTION - have a lot of apps or webhook/api you can connect with. AUTOMATION - sooooo much possibilities you can achieve with this app.

Cons: NOT EASY - if you think it's easy, think four times. SUPPORT - wasn't the best experience i had.

Switched From: Pabbly Connect
Reasons for Switching to Boost.space: I got the deal from one time deal thing where I got more usages/resoureces per month for a smaller price point
