The main issue was the booking widget, which never worked correctly from the beginning. Although support responded and created tickets, the problem remained unresolved for a long time, making it impossible to rely on the system for online bookings. Another major limitation is the lack of proper vehicle group management. The software does not allow users to create and manage their own car groups, which is essential for rental companies. This causes incorrect vehicle categories to be displayed online and makes contract images and damage reports inaccurate for grouped vehicles. There were also occasional software glitches, and support was not always available when we needed assistance. I appreciate that the support team tried to help and responded to many of our reports, but after several months we decided to move to a different platform that better suits our operational needs. I hope these limitations are addressed in future updates, as the platform has potential but is currently missing important functionality for professional car rental businesses. Pros Their idea is beatiful. The functions are well thought. Lots of functionality, in theory. Modern look. Cons Support is too slow to non existent please read my review. Half of needed functions are restricted you cannot adapt /change. They never thought to add color Brown,! Or car shapes to express the current category.!
