Eine schnelle Umsetzung div. Anfragen wird somit garantiert und man landet nicht auf irgendeine Anfrageliste, die dann irgendwann mal abgearbeitet wird. Pros Der Aufbau der mySam App ist sehr übersichtlich und es beinhaltet nur die Funktionen, die wirklich benötigt werden. Keine Vielzahl von Unterpunkte, die kein Anwender je benutzten wird. Somit wird auch nur das bezahlt, was gewünscht & benutzt wird! Cons Derzeit habe ich noch keine Nachteile entdeckt, es wäre eher ein Nachteil, diese Software NICHT zu nutzen. Reasons for choosing Sortful mySam ist ein deutsches Produkt, mit direktem Ansprechpartner. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein "Käufer" sondern man ist Kunde. Die Software selbst ist entsprechend auf deutsch benutzbar und erfordert keine zusätzliche Zugriff / Schnittstellen zu irgendwelchen Programmen und/oder Umgebungen. Auch die Verwaltung der Software in der "Cloud" macht es einfach, man benötigt keine zusätzliche Umgebung im Unternehmen und eine Nutzung per Webbrowser ist jederzeit möglich.
