If you fine tune some of the features I've mentioned in the cons, it will blow the competition right out the water. Pros The best customer support I've ever come across. The team are always willing to help. They actually listen and implement suggestions. I love how easy the reports can be edited, this is a huge advantage. The overall use is easy to pick up. Cons There needs to be automated 6-12 monthly reminders for customers and templates you can use to do so. It's time consuming manually contacting repeat customers. There also needs to be a drawing tool for photos and certificates.
