Pros

WOWS is great with managing cap tables and capital structure. Intuitive design means that even the most complex cap table cases become easier. Advanced reporting is a power tool to put crystal-clear insights into action, if anything—actually helping to make the difference in tracking changes with ownership and smooth equity distribution.

Cons

The very detailed nature of the platform means an initial setup can be somewhat complex. An easier, more streamlined onboarding process with extra guided setup options would make an implementation quicker and smoother.

Reason for choosing WOWS Equity

I chose WOWS Cap Table because it's user-friendly, and the reporting options are very good. Though Carta and Shareworks do have great features for equity management, WOWS Cap Table stood ahead in this respect since it would integrate very well with our current financial systems and also deal with rather complicated equity setups with much ease.

We are having a good experience with WOWS CAP TABLE. as a finance management company, we always have to build a good customer relationship with our potential clients and our investors anD this tool is helping a lot in maintaining that relationship with them with ease and with real time shareholding information .

Pros

WOWS Cap Table is a nice tool for equity management and and proving reak time update to the shareholder is quite easy with this tool and that too with a high accuracy. The UI of the tool is quite good , one can say its easy to get started with this tool without proper training of this particular softtware and they also have a good customer support service for any type of issues available 24/7.

Cons

Not as such to dislike about this product, but still its in early phase , just started working 2 years ago so need to see how it fares in the market.

Pros

Its highly incorporating features—in an industry where reporting forms the basis of every other decision, WOW ESOP has come in handy for us. Its safety features guarantee the confidentiality of your company data, which is a big plus for any company today. It is also easy to maneuver as you do your report generating.

I have not experienced any so far. It serves me just fine.

one minor drawback is that it does not currently have a dedicated mobile app. Think of how convenient It would be for users to access critical equity information on the go, especially in urgent situations.

I’m using this application from the last 8 months for equity management. Dashboard is really awesome and easy to understand. It offers every information related to equity and stake holders. We can generate reports. Reports helps a-lot in out business growth. Customer care is decent and available 24\*7. Integrated and deployment is easy and secure.

Cons

Application is little bit difficult for new user. It needs training to use. sometimes reports are not 100% accurate.

Cons

I do not see any dislikes in the product everything seems to be good for my use. But, It would have been better if it had a mobile app. This enables real-time updates through notification and enables the flexibility of use.
