Pros WOWS Cap Table is a nice tool for equity management and and proving reak time update to the shareholder is quite easy with this tool and that too with a high accuracy. The UI of the tool is quite good , one can say its easy to get started with this tool without proper training of this particular softtware and they also have a good customer support service for any type of issues available 24/7. Cons Not as such to dislike about this product, but still its in early phase , just started working 2 years ago so need to see how it fares in the market.
