It has helped us become more efficient and effective and do more with less. We have been able to grow trucks and drivers while keeping backend staffing the same. During our search for a new TMS we looked at multiple options and Truckbase was the only one that was able to check all the boxes we were looking for while doing it at often times a fraction of the price that the others were offering. I 100% would sign up again in a heartbeat if we were in the situation again and recommend Truckbase to any company looking to expand their trucking and heavy haul business. Pros Truckbase has been a life changer for our company. It has given us the data and insight we have been needing to truly understand how we operate as a company. The application and ease of use for the drivers has been a game changer instead of group texts and spreadsheets. The customer support by Vlad and team has been above and beyond what is expected. The program has streamlined a lot of our work load and has fixed our problem areas that we couldn't do with our prior program. Pros The easy of use as well as the quality customer service and quick response times. When ever we come across and error/issue it is resolved in a timely manner. All the customization we get for the cost of the program far exceeds our expectations. Drivers & customers are pleased with the delivery of dispatching as well as invoicing. Cons Overall we are very pleased there are a few very minor things we dislike 1 being the owner operator settlement functions. With that we have received lots of assistance and have been informed that improvements are constantly coming our way. It makes our day to day operations so simple and organized. We are excited to potentially utilize the new Timeclock feature sometime down the road! \[sensitive content hidden\] is also extremely helpful with any questions we have! Pros Truckbase is extremely user friendly, and has the reports we need. The customer service is top notch! Our drivers also have no trouble using the app, which makes our lives so much easier. Cons I think the hardest part was figuring out what reports included the information we needed, but once we got that down it was very easy to use. It's user friendly on both the dispatch/administrative side and easy to use for drivers. Customer support has been 10/10. We're assigned a responsive Account Manager and any time I've had a support question or issue, the support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. All in all, a great value. Cons I wish the reporting functionality was a little bit more robust. There are general reports given, but it would be night to be able to drill into them further and customize them. Every time I ran into an issue, I was able to reach out to my trainer, and he always had answers to my questions. Pros Very user friendly and easy to navigate around the system. It also links up with my QuickBooks account, so invoicing is a breeze. Cons It seems to be a young company so everything I need in my industry was not available. Most of my request have been implemented so it isn't any issue any longer. Must have for day-to-day operations . definitely helped us organize our loads and keep track of everything . Pros Helps us organize our loads and keep track of driver settlements which makes it easier to do payroll. Customer Service is on point , very helpful and response is rapid .Very little issues with downtime has great features that allow drivers to upload pictures of documents for office reference. Cons As of right now we have no complaints . Everything has been made easy to use and manage . Definitely best bang for your buck.
