Truckbase has literally saved us 20 plus hours per week in duplicate tasks, order entry, dispatching, billing, etc. The driver scan feature allows us to invoice almost immediately once the load is delivered, speeding up cash flow up to a full 7 days on loads that deliver on Mondays. The software and app are very user-friendly, allowing smooth implementation even with our older, less tech-savvy drivers. Customer service is superb in making sure we are satisfied, fixing/helping us through any issues that arise, and asking for suggestions on improvements. And they are constantly innovating. 2 updates with very useful features have come out in the less than 2 months we have been using the software. Pros Simplifies order creation, dispatching, paperwork collection and billing. Integrates with Geotab and Quickbooks Online. Notifies customers with load status changes. Superb customer service and continued innovation Cons We have experienced a few bugs, but their team is very quick to correct them. Really, nothing significant. TB has saved me so many hours in nagging drivers for proofs, invoicing, settlement creation, etc. I love the integrations with QuickBooks and our factoring company as well. I would say this software easily saves me 20 hours a week. Pros There are many things I live most about Truckbase but the ones that are top of mind would be: User friendly, proof of delivery scanner for drivers, rate con import AI, invoice QA integration, and incredible over and above customer service. I get my questions answered quickly and their team proactively checks in with me to make sure our transition is going well. Cons There are minimal integrations - although Truckbase is continuing to add more (such as recent fuel integration with Wex/EFS). Price is very high. No monthly or even quarterly fee structure. I also like that I can send a driver a message when I need them to upload something particular. Cons Sometimes AI does not capture all the information for dispatching. The customer support team has been very good, always getting my feedback as to what they can add to the system. Pros Truckbase is very intuitive, and efficiently designed for small to medium sized carriers. It has helped us connect our customer booking, dispatching and invoicing into one simple, easy, fast and professional workspace. It's record-keeping and driver apps have been a huge asset to establishing our reputation and transparency to our customers. It is a huge time saver, and decreased liability through the use of signatures, timestamps, and POD on the driver apps, which stands as excellent backup for any problems which may arise. The customer portal has been a great selling point for potential clients, and continues to please them with every order. The integration with quick books took our invoicing process from 3+ hours to 15 minutes. Another very useful integration is with our ELD, which connects vehicle tracking to the customer portal for each order. Cons No complaints at all. Truckbase is very well rounded, and simplifies all the important operational factors which has helped us run our operation much more efficiently. Cons One thing we find difficult to deal with when using Truckbase is that it isn't always accurate when entering loads and we have to double-check everything.
